Each step in registration may cause an error. The registration system was designed to not only follow Malta Gaming regulations, but to ensure players have only one account.
If you receive an error please note the step in which you are stuck and review the below guide for a description of the possible issue. If you follow this guide and still have an error please contact support@virtue.poker and let us know which step you've received the error message.
Note: Steps 1 through 5 are required to create your player account. Step 6 attaches your external Source of Funds to your Virtue Poker account. If you consistently see the same error please contact support@virtue.poker.
Step 1
If you cannot get passed step one it is most often caused by a duplicate email address. This may be because you already have an account with us. Please try the login button and enter your email and password to continue.
Step 2
^ $ * . [ ] { } ( ) ? ” ! @ # % & / \ , > < ' : ; | _
The above special characters show which are currently approved and permitted along with all letters and numbers.
Step 3
If you cannot get passed step three it is most often caused by a duplicate email address, or duplicate name/dob combination. This may be because you already have an account with us. Please try the login button and enter your email and password to continue.
Step 4
If you are stuck on this step, either the display name you've chosen has already been used by another player or there is a phrase within the display name that is not permitted (ex: arsenick is not permitted as arse is not allowed in use of chat or display names).
Step 5
Verify email. If you do not receive an email from us it is most likely due to either junk or spam mail folders. Please review this link on how to whitelist our email address so all email from Virtue Poker will arrive in your inbox: https://virtuepoker.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004197492-Why-don-t-I-receive-email-from-Virtue-Poker-
Step 6
Link external Source of Funds. There are several different possible errors with this step. Please contact support@virtue.poker and attach a screenshot of the error message. The support team will then dive into the issue and reply with a possible solution.
